SZA just crossed a major career milestone.
On Friday, the artist earned her first two RIAA diamond certifications, with both “Kill Bill” and “Snooze” surpassing 10 million units in the United States. The tracks, released as part of her album SOS, peaked at No. 1 and No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and each spent over a year on the chart.
SZA reacted to the news on Instagram, reposting a fan update about “Kill Bill” with a simple caption: “F***ING CRAZY.” The milestone was part of a much larger certification run.
Alongside the two diamond records, SZA received 27 additional RIAA certifications. Twenty-two songs across SOS, its deluxe edition Lana, and her debut album Ctrl reached platinum status, while five more tracks were certified gold. The new totals push her career certifications past 60.
The moment reflects more than just hit singles.
Since her debut, SZA has maintained consistent chart presence across both singles and albums. She has earned three No. 1 records on the Hot 100, 12 top 10 entries, and more than 60 songs that have charted overall.
Her catalog has also shown unusual longevity. Ctrl, released in 2017, has remained on the Billboard 200 for over 450 weeks. SOS is following a similar path, with more than three years of continuous chart presence. The certifications reinforce what the charts have already shown.
SZA is not just generating hits. She is building a catalog that holds its value over time.
