Iceman Drizzy is on his way. Drake is continuing to hint at his next album rollout.
Early Tuesday (March 3), the rapper posted another cryptic teaser on Instagram tied to the long-rumored Iceman project. The post included a carousel of images along with the caption, “What I Was Doing When You Thought I Was Crying.”
Among the photos were a graphic reading “Warning Iceman,” a T-shirt with the phrase “They Doubted Me,” and another message that read “Talk Is Cheap.” Drake also included images showing appreciation for his father as well as a photo of Cher.
The post immediately sparked speculation among fans that the album rollout may be entering its final stage.
Rapper Trinidad James even jumped into the comments, lobbying for a feature on the project. “I’ll change the game with a verse on this album,” he wrote.
Rumors have also circulated that Drake could host another livestream tied to the Iceman era before releasing the album. If it happens, it would mark the fourth livestream connected to the project’s rollout.
One artist who appears unlikely to appear on the album is J. Cole. During a stop on his Trunk Sale Tour earlier this year, Cole was asked by a fan whether he and Drake had plans to collaborate again.
“I don’t know about that,” he replied.
Drake first began setting up the Iceman rollout last summer with the single “What Did I Miss?” The track reached No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The upcoming release would mark Drake’s first solo album since 2023’s For All the Dogs, and his first full-length project following his widely publicized feud with Kendrick Lamar in 2024.
While an official release date for Iceman has not been confirmed, Drake’s latest teaser suggests the project may be approaching its final rollout phase.
